Three crews to stave or no second prize. All races to start punctually at advertised time. Any boat not at the starting point at the proper time shall be liable to disqualification for that event. Protests must be in the hands of the Secretary in writing within 15 minutes after the race. Each protest must be accompanied by a deposit of 10s, which sum phall be forfeited if the protest is not upheld by trie Committee. Entrance Fee 10 per cent, of the amount of first prize money offered fcr each event. | Names, weights of competitors (including substitutes), and colours to be worn, must be lodged at the time of entry I All post entries ito close on Regatta day at 12 noon) will be charged 5 pet cent, on amount of first prize. Bookmakers will not be allowed to bet inside the enclosure. The Committee reserve to themselves the right to alter the order or poscpone any or all of the events, and add anr regulations which in their opinion may be necessary. Entries for all Whaleboat Races close with the Secretary at the Foresters' Hall on THURSDAY, February 20th, at 8 p.m. Entries for the Swimming Handicap Race close at the same time and at the same place. Band in attendance. Special and delayed trains will be arranged to suit visitors. THE ANNUAL REGATTA OANGE Will be held in St. John's Hall on Regatta Night. Good mu.9ic; supper provided. H.
