All races to start punctually at advertised time Any bo»t not at the starting point at the proper time shall be liable to disqualification for that event. Protests must be in the hands of the Secretary in writing within 15 minutes after the race. Bach protest must be accompanied by a deposit of 10s, which sum thall be forfeited if the protest is not upheld by the Oommittes. * Entrance Fee 10 per cent, of the amount «£ first prize money offered for each event. Names, weights of compatitors (including substitutes), and colours to be worn, must be lodged at the time of entry All post entries (.to close on Regatta day at 12 noon) will be charged 5 per cent, on •mount of first prize. Bookmakers will not be allowed to bet inside the enclosure. The Committee reserve to themselves the right to alter the order or postpone any or all of the events, and add any regulations which in their opinion may be necessary. Entries for all Whaleboat Baces close with Uie Secretary at the Foresters' Hall on THUBSDAY, February 20th, at 8 p.m. Entries for the Bwimming Handicap Race close at the same time and at the same place. Band in attendance. Special and delayed trains will bs arranged to suit visitors.

THE ANNUAL REGATTA DANCE Will be held in Bt. John's Hall on Begatta Night. Good music; supper provided. H. SPPBDLE, Secretary.
