Two crews to start or no race. Three craws to stave or no second prize. All races to start punctually at advertised time. Any boat not at the starting point at the proper time shall be liable to disqualification for that event. Protests most be in the hands of the Secretary in writing within 15 minutes after the race. Bach protest must be accompanied by a deposit of 10s, which sum shall be forfelted if the protest is not' upheld by tbe Committee. i Entrance Fee 10 per cent, of the amount of first prise money offered for each event j Names, Heights of competitors (including I substitutes), and colours to be worn, must be lodged at the time of entry All post entries (to close on Rigatta day at 13 soon) will be charged 5 per cent, on amount of first prize. Bookmakers will not be allowed to bet inside the enclosure! The Committee reserve to themselves the right to alter the order or postpone any or all of the events, and add any regulations which in their opinion may be necessary. Entr.es for all Whaleboat Races close with tbe Secretary at the Foresters' Hall on THURSDAY, Febrniry 20th, at 8 p.m. Entries for the Swimming Handicap Race close at the same time and at the same place. Band in attendance. Kpecial and delayed trains will be arranged to suit visitors. THE ANNUAL REGATTA DANCE W&l be held in St. John's Hall on Regatta Might. Good music; supper provided. H.
