Two crews to start or no race. Three crews to stare or no second prize. All races to start punctual y at advertised time. Any boat not nt the s'arting point at the proper time shall be liable to disqualification for that event. Protests most be in the hands of the Secretary in writing within 15 minutes after the tace. Bach protest most be accompanied by a deposit of 10s, which sum chall be forfeited if the protest is not upheld by the Committer. Entrance Fee 10 per cent, of the amount of first prize money offered for each event. Names, weights of competitors (including substitutes), and colonrs to be worn, most be lodged lit the time of entry AH post entries ito close on fr-gatta day at 12 noon) will be charged 5 per cent, on amount of first prize. Bookmakers will not be allowed to b?t inside the enclosure. The Committee reserve to themselves the right to alter the order or posspone any or all of the events, and add any regalations which in their opinion may be necesaaiy.
