FIB rBESS ASSOCIATION. Wellington, January 17. Colonel Sommerville writes that the programme, ec, for the New Zealand Defence Force Rifle Association meeting, which opans at Trentham on February 27th, will shortly be obtainable from officers commanding district*. The Bronze Medal match is struck out this year, as the time is too short for corps to compete. Details of the two new field firing matches will be inincluded in the programme. The local volunteers went undtr canvas last evening in the Recreation Grounds, for the annual week's trainling.
