J, Morris as trustee for the Company, fixing the purchase money at £4,250, of which the vendor is willing, at the option of the Company, to tike £SOO in fully paid up shares. A statement of the tradiog account of the factory foi the period from 4th January to 11th December, 1900, shows that, with a total of 3479 pigß dealt with, a gross profit o' £2184 0< 6d, and a net profit of £Si5 its tid resulted, being equal to 36 per cent, gross, 15J per cent, net.
