PEE PRESS ASSOCIATION. Chbistohuboh, January 7. The Hon. Pilcher, a Legislative Councillor, of Sydney, on being interviewed here, declared that if Federation were again submitted to the people on the lines of the existing Bill, it would be rejected by a large majority. All the Australian colonieH opposed Federation under the scheme of the existing Act.
