PER TEBSS ASSOCIATION. London, January 5. The Chinese authorities have requested the Foreign Legations to keep foreigners off the streets on Tuesday when the Court returns to Pekin. Received 6,11.36 p.m. London, January 6. The gDowager - Empress undertakes i that the Emperor shall give an audience' to Foreign Ministers, and she herself will receive the ladies belonging to the various Legations, at the earliest moment after the arrival of the Court at Pekin, and provide a building to enable the lading to witness the return. Received 7,1.14 a.m. London, January 6. The Daily Telegraph states that some of the European Powers have made representations at Washington charging America with violating the agreement to prevent China importing munitions of war for two years. Tbe authorities at Washington deny any breach of faith, and declare that tbe fault rests with China.
