There has been a fair amount of business in the dredging market In Otatjo stacks the upwar 1 movement has been checked by broken weather, and it ia probable th»t a nurrber of dredges which were about to wmmence work will not now make a start till after 'he Christmas holidays . The returns from the Wist Coast continue to exhibit an all-round improvement, ana in several companies there has bten a considerable rise, notably in Faotolu* and Greenstone Junction.
