TBE DEOREABE IN NOVEMBER. PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. London, December 8. The Prince'of Wales' speech at the Guildhall has met with ac enthusiastic response throughout the Empire, and the Agents-General are hopeful that pood results will follow his advice to England to wake up. The British imp'r'B for November decreased by £2,923,000, and tbe exports by £1,78 ~000 as compared with the orevioua November. The decrease of exports included £1,360,000 for coal, mainly explicable on account of the lower pric s ruling.
