; CHARGES AGAINST LADIES REPUDIATED v PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. Received 29, 0.18 a.m. Paris, November 28. M. Pichor, late Pranch Minister in China, denies that any ladies belonging to the Legations were concerned in the pillaging of shops, though it is admitted that two ladies 'joined in the looting in Pekin.
