RESIGNATION OF THE MINISTRY. FEB TBE3S ASSOCIATION Received 25, 10.55 p.m. Athems, Novsmbsr 25. A. Stormy' debate took place in the Greek Chamb;r, arising out of th<? recent r'oting in Athens. Members of the Oppositiou called M. Theotoki (President of the Cabinet) an assassin, and said he had declined to make every effort to prevent the riots. Tbe troops fired their rifies in the air and relied on their revolvers only. At this point M. Theotoki burst in'o teirs'ano fainted. Confidence in the Ministry whs voted by 109 to 86, but M. Theotoki resigned. M. Zannis, exPremier, has formed a Ministry.
