SEQUEL TO A SCENE IN COURT.
PEK PBHMS ASSOCIATION. Auckland, Noveinbw 22. The man Turrard, who assaulted Dr. Laishley in Court a fortnight ago, was charged with assault to-day. He pleaded groat provocation, and asked if i a solicitor had a tight to call him a d d old scoundrel in Court. The B.M. expressed regret that he was unable to deal with the matter as contempt of Court at this s'.age, and fined him 20s and costs.
