Wednesday, Novsmbar 20th.—Before his Honor Mr District Judge Kettle. D, Berry and Co. v. Parry and Percival,—This case was, on the application of Mr Weston, struck out, a settlement having been arrived at out of Court. New Zeal >nd Loan and Mercantile Cumpaoy v. Taianaki Condensed Milk Company.—There was no defence to this action, which was a claim for ,£206 18s 6d, and judgment was by consentl given for the plaintiff for the amount] wi'h scale costs. Mr Govetfc for the !plaintiff company, and Mr Richmond for the defendant company, 1 BANKRUPTCY, I On Mr Weston's application W, W.
