Wednesday, Novsmbar 20th.—Before his Honor Mr District Judge Kettle. D, Berry and Co. v. Parry and Percival,—This case was, on the application of Mr Weston, struck out, a settlement having been arrived at out of Court. New Zeal >nd Loan and Mercantile Cumpaoy v.
