The four-ton yacht Tillikum has arrived here. She is making a tour of the world, and had a terrible experience crossing from Fiji. Mr. Luxton, a journalist, who left the vessel at Suva, came by steamer and was superseded by Mr. Louis Begent who acted as mate. Mr. Begent, who arrived from Auckland in a trading schooner, offered his services for the trip, and when five days out he was carrying the binnacle when the vessel luiched and threw him overboard. He was drowned. The captain made for Australia, steering by the sters.
