By the San Francisco mail the secretary of the Wellington Chamhsf of ■Cotti [fierce received a letter from the 'London Chamber of Commerce stating that active investigation is being made regarding the pilfering of cargoes at London Decks. The Home Chamber is anxious to receive from merchants in Bfew Zealand particulars of any robberies of goods, and printed forms are being sent out Upon which information of the description of stolen goods may be sent back to London for the assistance of the detective force thenr.
