TRANS-SIBERIAN RAILWAY.
(PER PRBS3 ASSOCIATION) St. PETEBSBUita, November 11. M. do Witte, Minister for Finance, complimenting the Czar upon the completion of the Siberian railway, described it ad an historic event, The Czur replied that it was one of the greatest railway undertakings in the world. London, November 11. The Times says the railway will be a tremendous factor in Russia's political, military, and economic expansion.
