NOTES BY "VEDETTE." The Waitara and Inglewood Rifle Companies intend to turn out in strong force at the sham fight near Bell Block on Monday next, and the Inglewood contingent of the Hawera Mounted Rii\?s will be present, under Captaiu Bartlett. I understand the Inglewood men purpose marching in to Bell Block and home again, so that they will have a good experience of tbe road. Compared with this the New Plymouth corps will have ouly a small task before them,
