PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. Pabis, November 5. In the Chamber of Deputies an interpellation moved by M. Marcel Sembat, Radical deputy for Seine, with a view of dealing effectively with the Forte that France should seek an agreement with the Powers on behalf of the Armenians was negatived by 394 to 275. The Obamber by 305 to 77 approved of M. Delcasse's statement that the Oovernment, in face of the Porte's bad faith, was determined to energetically enforce respect for be rights and interests of France. Received 7, 1.26 am. Pakis, November 6. Caillard has occupied the three principal ports in Mytelane. He collects the Customs and awaits the Sultan's disavowal of tbe numerous violations of treaty rights.
