A shocking accident occurred here to day. A youog man named Tbomae Kelley was working a scutober at Coates' flax-mill, when h;s band got e \ught in tbe machinery, and itwai complete'y torn off at the wiist. He wai attended by Dr Going, and subsequently taken to tbe Waiktto Hot* pital. He is doing as well as could be ezreoted,
