The Government refused purchase at price Darned, and tbe trustee* were thus prevented from dealing with the other property. Costs, totalling £SOO, were awarded. Later. The Compensation Court's award in the Kumeroa rase gives £7 15s pet acre. The Government offered £6 15s.
