PLAGUE AT THE ISLANDS.
■ • FIX PBXBB ASSOCIATION. _ Auckland, September 19. The brigantine Vision, which arrived this morning frcm Noumea and Surprise Island, reported that there had lately been a number of deaths from plague among the kanakas at New Caledonia, though as yet no d- at ha have occurred among the white people.
