SUPREME COURT SESSIONS.

At the Supreme Court to-day Harry Robinson, charged with breaking and entering, and Thomas Cahill, charged with forgery and uttering, pleaded guilty and sentence was deferred. Andrew Nielsoo, charged with assaulting and robbing an elderly man and also assaulting tbe oons'abla who arretted him, was found guilty of robbery only. It was alleged that the prisoner, who had been drinking with a man named P«siry, induced the latter to accompany him to look for lodgings, and whi'e doing so he assaulted and robbed P*Try, who complained to the police. Further evidence showed that NUluon assaulted both Perry and Constable Creeks when the latter went to arrest him. Elizibjth Schmidt, chirped with manslaughter of her newly-born child at Hastings, was acquitted.
