FRANCE AND THE PORTE.
SETTLEMENT OF A OL\IM. [PUB PBES3 ASSOCIATION.] Paris, September 12. The Porte and M. Tubim, the French banker, have arranged to settle the bankers' dispute on the basis of payment of £154,090, if France consents.
