BOER WAR.
I GENERAL ITEMS. London, September 4. The magistrate at Priska reports that the Boers captured and shot in cold blood two unarmed scouts at Harulkloof. There are persistent reports that De Wet, Myberg, and other Commandlants threaten to shoot armed Dutch colonials who may be captured after September 15th. Boer refuges camps are being established at Durban.
