A CONYurATTACKED. TURNING KING'S EVIDENCE, HERTZOG'6 MOVEMENTS. PER PKESS ASSOCIATION, London, Sr-p-ember 3. The Ministers of Mine', Native Affairs, Postmaster-General, and Directors of Railways and Education in thi Tiacsvaal have transferred to nicer offices in Johannesburg, where Lard Milner's official resideace will be. The Government S.icefcary and l=gal financial advises remain in Pretoria. All families of Boers on commando henceforth will be transferred to refugee camps along the coast. The railWay will thus be available for feeding Johannesburg as before the war. Colonel Spence, in bringing 20 prisoners, 2400 cattle, and 30,000 sheep to Kroonstad, had a sharp fight, wounding nine Boars. Many Boers have turned King's .evidence in connection with a public court-martial at Pretoria. Two oathbreakeis' evidence that was forthcoming was that they rejoined and conveyed tocommiodos arms and clothing at night. Several trials are p ndm?. Commandants Hertzog and Latejan have evacuated the Colesb-rg and Petrusville districts, and are now in Orange Colony.
RETURNING TROOPERB. Albany, September 3. Arrived: Harlsch Castle, with a Urge detachment of returning troopers, iacluding a number of New Zcalandera - LORD MILNER AND THE OUTLANDERS. Received 4, 0.8 a.m. Capetown, September 3. Lord Milner, in a sympathetic interview with the Outlanders stated he was ceaselessly working to secure their earliest return, OLEiRING OUT THB BOERS. PURSUIT OF COMMANDOS. Received 4,0.18 s.m. London, September 3. Only 100 B'lers remain in the Mi 1dleburg, Cradock, Graafreinct and Steynsburg d s'iicts. Schieper's and Theron's commandos are trekking West, being closely pursued, Wellington, September 3. The Premier h-:s received the following cable me.-snge fiom South Afrira: "Troopers J. W. Bakef, of Palme.ston North (Sixth Contingent), and J. G. Whyte, of Auckland (Seventh Contingent), are both doing well.
