NELSON MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENTS

At a special meeting of the City Council to-night, it was resolved to recommend the following works to be approved by a vote of the citizens:— Waterworks extension £15,000, drainage £35000, gas extension £4OOO, roid rolUr £IOOO, tramway £IO,OOO, council chamber £6OOO, and gaa lamps £6OO. Total £71,600.
