PEE PRESS ASSOCIATION. Received 28, 1.5 a.m. Melbourne, August 27. In the House of Assembly the Stote Treasurer delivered his Budge*. The revenue For the year was £8,087,000, of which £360,000 was returned to the Commonwealth. Ac tin' rewip's were £605,000 more than ''S'i.nated. The increase was largely discounted by the unusual expenditure on the Royal visit and the Federal celebrations. Tbe total expenditure was £7,709,000, or £228,000 more than estimated.
