CO-OPERATIVE DAIRYING.
BIG SCHEME IN THE WAIKATO FEB PBSSB ASSOCIATION. HAKLTOX, August 26. Tbe prospectus has been issued of a co operative company to purchase and ciiTy on the business of the New Zealand Dairy Association, Limited. It is proposed to make the capital .£IOO,OOO, in shares of £2 10s each, awl to only allot half the shares at present. The vendors are to take 400 shares in part payment of purchase money (£40,000). The plant and buildings are valued at £40,800, and the pood will and trade marks at £6OOO. The vendors will take £40,000 for the business and plant. It is proposed te raise £39,000 in £IOO debenture, repayable at the rate of £4OOO per annum. The prospectus states these are arranged Tor at 6 per cent. It is proposed to only make a cill of 2s 6d per share at present, and no call is t« excwd that amount or be made at a Jo-s interval than si? months. Mr. Wesley Spragg is to be manager of the sew company, an-1 Messrs Lovetl and Christum the brokers in London.
