AFFAIRS IN CHINA.
PER PRESS ASSOOIATION. London, Augus 20. Dr. Morrison, the Times correspondent, states that Great Britain has announced that she will reconsider the arrangement to withdraw her troops from China unl-ss tho authors of the massacre of the missionary Thompson and four British women and four children in Ohucliau in July last year are forthwith punished. The execution of one of tho guiltiest, of thommderers is demanded, but tbe penalties of the others are allowed to bo raodifiad.
