DEFRAUDING THE CUSTOMS.
PEE PBGS3 ASSOCIATION. Received 15, 5.36 p.m London, August 14. The Daily Telegraph's New York correspondent statss that a sensational discovery has bean made that the Cus terns bare been defrauded of millions of dollars. For years large silk importers I have bribed the Customs examiners to I overlook consignments, especially Japanese.
