The Kaissr was present, dressed in the uniform of the late Empress's Regiment of Black Hussars, and led Queen Alexandra to a seat, King Edward, in tho blue uniform of tha Prussian Dragoons, led the Kaiseriua to a seat. Besides relatives tbc-ra were present Count von Bulow, Count von Walderfw, Lord Clarendon, Admiral John Piillertoa Lisceles, and the Bishop of Ripon. The Royalties started for Potsdam during the night. Prit C 9 HemV.s squadron is nearing Kiel.
