PER PRISSB ASSOCIATION. Received 5,10.55 p.m. St. PuTEßSiiuno, August 5. During the launch of th» battleship Emperatcir Alexander »t St. Petersburg a thunderstorm and gnle occurred, A flagstaff was overthrown, killing three persons ard injuring several. Received 5, 0.19 a.m. St. Peteesburg, August 5. The Czar and Czuitza were witnesses of the launch, and saw the acciient.
