In reply to Mr. Chamberlain the Commonwealth Government has suggested tbe following title: " King o Great Britain and Ireland, Defender of tne Faith, Emperor cf India, »nd Sovereign Lord of the British Realm beyond the Seas." SUPPLEMENTARY ESTIMATES. Received 31, 10.48 p.m. London, July 31. Supplementary estimates covering seven millions were submitted to tbe House of Commons, chiefly for civil administration, railways, and constabulary in the Transvaal and Orange Biver Colonies.
