The secretary reported that tba membsrship in the Wellington'ftovince totalled 1760. Mr. J. G Wilton of Rangitiki, was e'eottd Fretidant, and Mr. M. 0, Ransom, of Rongotea, vioa-pr#sident. Tha executive committee, compriaing delegates fr u m Mar ton, Wairarapa, Horowhenua, Hunterville, Hawke's Bay, Wanganui, at>d Wavarlay war* appointed.
