[PEE PRESS ASSOCIATION. I CußisrcHUßCn, July 24. The case Bowron v. Stace, an appeal | from thi decision, wns| feeird before Mr Justice Denniston this morning. Stace was employe! at Bowron's tannery in December, 1899, and while complying with the request of another man (Dawdell), ffJHnto a pit and severely injured him Tbej Magis'ra'e h»d given jo for Stace for £IOO. It was contended on behalf of tho appellant ihit Dewdel! was not a p?rdon in authority to whose orders SSace was am»cable, but was merely a fellow wctker.
