Mar!in, for accused, objected on the ground that the statements were not voluntary, but bad been extracted by means of threats. Ultimately, on the suggestion <f the Beach, it was decided that authorities should be p r oduced bearing on the point, and full argument heard tomorrow morning. The Court then adjanroed.
