Several important matte-* affecting the relat'on of buyers and sell rs will be discussed. The ail rnportaat matter of regular shipments f dairy produceti the Lonidon market and concerning the successful competition of New Zealand dairy produce with that of coloay's iiv«ls ou the Home markets will alio bn dealt with. Three adnres'es will be given of special interest to the dairy farmer—"The Labour Aspect a? relating to the Dairy Industry," " Improvement of Dairy Herds," aud " Poultry for Export." These will be delivered by practical authorities. On Thursday the combined conference will commence, when fire addresses will be given on questions relating to the practical side of bu' ter and chfeee-mak-ing, and the Dairy Commissioner wili deliver an addresi on " Ensilage and Silos." The " Dairy Industry " will be dfa't with by the Dairy Commissioner on Friday, and addresses will be given on "Grading," "Pig Hearing," Milk [Testing," " Buttermaking," and " Cultiva' i«m of Sugar Be?t and Manufacture of Beet Sugar." It is expected that visiting dairymen will enter into discussions on the various eubjec's, and by 'his meaus circuWe much practical information. On Friday evenin?, tho We.t Coast and Manawatu A. and P. Associatson, assisted by the citizens of Palinerston North, will entertain the visiting dairymen.
