L PBB PBESS ASSOCIATION Received 16,10,56 p.m. London, July 16. In the House of Lords tbe Early Closiag of Shops Committee submitted a report recommending tint town couecils should be empuwered to pass provisional orders for early closing, such orders to be submitted to Parliament before operating.
