Hon. J. D. Ormond thought that it was wrong in principle that the Com mandaat should not be answerable for his actions to anyone in tha ce'ony, as was recently seated to be the case. Hon. W. C. Wslker replied that the ' Commandant would be answerable to the Minister who appointed him. HOSPITAL NURSE? REGISTRATION. ■ The Hospital Nurs s Registration Bill was lecommitted.
