SKNSATIONAT, OCCURRENCE AT A MEETING. PBK PBE«.S ASSOCIATION. Charters Towers, July 11. A sensational tragedy is reported. Graham Haygarth, Chairman of the Gold Extracting Company, was shot dead at a meeting of the Company by manager, D. H. Brown. It is stated Brown cherished a personal grievance against the Chairmin, and after the minutes were read Brown drew a revolver and shot Haygarth, and then b'nuelf, Brown is still alive,
