ACCIDENT INSURANCE.
PXB PRESS ASSOCIATION. Napier July 8. Dr. D< Lisle sued the N.Z. Accident Insurance 00. for £9B, compansati<n for disablement by accident. The defence contended that the actioo was not brought within six months, as s'jpulated by policy. PLmtiffs counsel argued that tbe clause was ultra vires, m the accident might be so rerious that the suiiVier could not estimate tho claim within six month?, and further tbe company had waived the right by continuirg negotiations after six months bad expired. Judgment wareserved.
