" One Who Knows" wishes honour givea to whom honeur is due, and while admitting that the S'ratford Cupt in was untitled to <-ve y p-aisr for his nt,ten ion to the m.'n, he points o the fact th »t othtr officei s wen also deserving of mention for their kindness snd attention to the men wUile oc their s'earner trip, aud he especially' Mentions Lieutenants Cook and Coik and Sergeint Mills.
