The business of the Oonerence was to consider a mo ion moved by Mr. McL'Hjd in favor of erecting a moveable cemmiltfe and board of directorj. The resolution wa« carried. A Provisional Committee of five was set up to draft rules for submission to a future meeting, the representatives for each district at the fist met ting of the Committee to ba one delegate for 600 members, and me de-egate for, every additional five hundred. j
