Hylsnd, wife's petition, on the ground of desertion; Livermore v< Liver mo e, husband's petition, on the preund of misconduct (George Dodd b'ing jo : nel as core* pendent); Lindsay v. Lindsay (Thos. Thompson corespondent), on the ground of misconduct; D. A. Wilson v. W. £. Wilson, wife's petition, on the ground of the husbani's habi'utl drunkenness and failure to maintain her. In the divorce cast Vincent v. Yincent, heard in Gbambrrs to day, a decree nisi was granted on the husband's petition.
