Plaintiff also claims to have piid away .£232 on defendants behalf The statement of deferce gives a general denil to plain- \ tiff's clai'ns and also denies that plain tiff is entitled to call himself a raining expert, alleging that his hts been acquired du;ing the period he was in d f ndant's employ and that this) employment cised in April 1898. Defendant that Blaine is indebted i to him for sums amounting to £823 which he desires the Court to rrcogniss I as a te\ off'. The case is uniinislud.
