In the case of Auguttus Meore, charged with embtzzlement, the indiotment was quashed, accused being now serving a teatenco for forgery. Dunbdih, May 29. At the Supreme Court, Mary Blue, charged with ftoalirg £4 from the pe>so!<, was acquitted, Frederick Herbert Perry was charged with having s'olen 27 fleeces of wool, the property of Messrs Ross and Glendining. Perry is a farmer adjoining tie proßecutois' BWkst'-ne Hill j»<o» perty.
