FSB PRESS ASSOCIATION. Chkistchcrch, April 30. "When the Arbitration Court resumed tbis mcroing, M>. Fros ick President of the FederateJ Boot Manufacturers Association, stated that the employers bad made good progress in regard to piints which it had coasid rep privately .the previous day. He hand- d in a statement which, he said, would over the whole matters the Court wcu'd now be called on to deal with. Mr. Just'ce Coopsr decided to adjourn the Court till the next morn : ng in order to give the employers and workers further t me to cons der the points still in dispute. Tr e Union delegate asked His Honor if he would m?et the pirties priva'ely and oss-ist them to fiame rule". His Honor ie plied that he would be very g ad do so. The main points at issue now are the hours p°r week and the minimum we.kly wage. His Horor said if the parties cama to a mutual pgreemnt without the interven ioo of the Cut, except on sooae vi'al point, it would be much more sa'i factory by means of an award.
