PUB PRESS ASSOCIATION, Welling ion, April 30. An action c>f in'e-est to flazmillers was heard in the Magistrate's Court this morning. J. U. Sttnsell, a flaxmiller, sued the Wellington and Maoa* wntu liiilway Company for £l2 7s sd, alleged overcharge on flax cirriage from (O'aki to Wellington, a distance of 47 m les. It appeared that under tfce contract between the Government and defendant company tie company is entitlt d to churge only the same mileage rati s as are charged on the Governnient line, which was 6s 61 par ton, and defendant ch irged plaintiff 8j sd.
