BALLOT FOR HATUMA ESTATE SECTIONS.
[PBB P«ES3 ASSOCIATION.] Napiee, April 28. The Hatuma Estate of 25,737 acres was balloted for at Waipukurau yest«rd&y under the supervision of the Crown Lands Commissioner. There were 225 parsons representing 930 applications for 57 sections. For some sections there wero as many as 40 to 50 applicants. Sections wont to se'tlers from Hawke's B»y, Canterbury, Marlborough, Wellington, Tarinaki, Wangtnai, Wairarapa, and elsewhere.
